SuSE Linux 9.0

This is a native RPM package for SuSE Linux 9.0 on Intel Linux (Pentium/AMD K6-2 CPU or newer). The RPM signature can be checked using the rpm --checksig method, import our public key with rpm --import bernd_herd.asc before.

The winhelpcgi.spec file used to compile this .rpm is included in the source code of winhelpcgi. We used the compile-command rpmbuild -bb winhelpcgi.spec

You need the apache webserver and the libwmf package installed before installing this .rpm package. Install using:

    yast2 --install apache libwmf
    rpm -i winhelpcgi-1.0rc2-1.i586.rpm

This package does not work on SuSE 8.2, since the version of libwmf shipped with SuSE 8.2 is too old. For older SuSE releases use one of our non-root binaries.
