Printing helpfiles is a cumbersome topic. The control-codes must usually be removed with effort manually. Graphics have to be inserted manually, a content- and index-list have to be generated manually and so on.
Our solution for this is called Help to
RTF: you generate your help files as you did, compilate them and finally
translate the compilated files with Help to RTF,
which creates a professional manual out of them. With the redistributable
version of Help to RTF that action can even
be performed on the machine of the user running your (shareware) program.
